As a Talent Advocate, Pauline focuses on outreach and relationship management among the young professionals and hiring managers who work with AkilahNet. Pauline joined from Spire, an innovative education model focused on providing Kenyan companies with the globally competitive staff they need to thrive. At Spire, Pauline worked in business development and partnerships, cultivating relationships with top companies to meet and hire job-seeking graduates. She has also previously worked in operations at Bridge International Academies where she helped to provide administrative, coordinating, and reporting support to their network of local academy managers. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nairobi.
